My own journey through perimenopause has been full of ups and downs, questions and discoveries, challenges and triumphs. My story is like many of yours…..
I found myself facing unexpected changes: Brain fog, fatigue, sleep disruptions, mood swings, energy fluctuations, migraines, aching joints (to name a few!), and a body and mind that suddenly felt ‘meh’. . Add in an early-stage breast cancer diagnosis and my future health looked pretty daunting. Following successful treatment, I was left with few options other than lifestyle medicine and positive psychology / behaviour change to help manage my perimenopausal symptoms. What followed was truly transformational and you can do it too. The use of simple, evidence-based, practical lifestyle changes (with or without HRT) and behaviour change techniques can revolutionize your (peri)menopause journey bringing you better sleep, more energy, enthusiasm, balanced hormones, a sense of calm and a feeling of being yourself again. Sounds great, right?!

With a strong academic foundation, 30 years of scientific knowledge and a passion for empowering women through health and wellness, I bring expertise, empathy and personal experience to my coaching practice. I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (MSc) degrees, alongside a Professional Diploma in Positive Health from the RCSI and a Diploma in Health Coaching from CNM, equipping me with a deep understanding of holistic well-being, lifestyle medicine, and the science behind behaviour change and lasting health transformations.
Through my studies and real-world experience, I’ve learned that health isn’t just about nutrition or exercise—it’s about balance, mindset, and compassionate support. My goal is to help women achieve their goals, feel informed, empowered, and be the CEO’s of their bodies
