Initial Consultation (75 mins)

We start with a detailed review of your health history, lifestyle, and current symptoms. From there, we identify the underlying patterns and factors that may be affecting your health

Midpoint Review Consultation (25 mins)

At the halfway point, we’ll check in to review your progress, create new goals for the home stretch, and keep you motivated.

Personalised Plans

· You’ll receive 2 tailored protocols (1 for each 2-week block) with lifestyle and behaviour change strategies that work for your body and your life. No overwhelm—just small doable steps that are a priority to you.

· A weekly reflection activity to complete via my client portal to build your self-awareness and track your progress

Final Consultation (20 mins)
